What it is

A collector's catalog, not a spreadsheet.

Copper collections carry detail that spreadsheets and notes files make it difficult to document: which artisan struck the touchmark, how thick the wall is at the rim, whether the tin lining is original, which lid actually fits. CopperHound is shaped around that vocabulary from the ground up.

Start from a catalog of cookware types — windsor, sauté, daubière, bain marie, turbotière, jam pan and more — each with its own icon and the fields that matter for that shape.

Detail

The measurements that matter

Width, height, and volume with metric or standard units. Copper thickness at the rim. Weight. Construction notes for seams, rivets, and hammering.

Marks

Stamps, touchmarks & makers

Record maker's marks, owner stamps, size stamps, and touchmarks. Keep a running list of makers and countries so entry stays fast and consistent.

Lids

Know which lids fit

Tell CopperHound the lid styles a pan takes, and it counts the matching lids already in your collection — factoring in fitted-versus-splash sizing rules.

Condition & retinning log
